Unmanned Aircraft System operations are increasingly becoming a part of the Swiss aerospace environment, as the use of UAS for professional activities is experiencing rapid growth and growing societal acceptance. The Swiss Aerospace Cluster aims to connect new and established stakeholders in the Swiss aerospace industry by launching the new Working Group «Unmanned Aircraft Systems», dedicated to focusing on developing, distributing, operating and providing services for air mobility solutions. On the occasion of the founding event of the working group, the SAC organizes the Symposium on Air Mobility (SAM 2020).
